During the translation process, many documents often lose some of their original formatting. We can edit the final translation to ensure it reflects the desired format as closely as possible. DTP, or desktop publishing, enables us to update a document’s design, layout and typography in line with your needs.

During the translation process, on many occasions certain elements of the original formatting of the documents are lost. For this reason, we offer our DTP service in order to provide you with documents in a format that is as close as possible to the original. DTP, or desktop publishing, enables us to update a document’s design, layout and typography in line with your needs.
We are familiar with a broad range of editing and DTP programs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), PDF, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, among others.
In some cases, clients do not request the DTP service because they have already arranged to take care of it themselves. To assist them in achieving a polished end product, at Albor we can provide a review service (known as galley proofing) once their DTP process has been completed, to ensure everything has been laid out correctly in the target language.
