Interpretacion jurada Madrid

At Albor, once the client has entrusted us with a document to be translated until the finished product is delivered, the project undergoes a meticulous process that ensures the highest quality. For this purpose, we have implemented into our work methodology the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard and the European EN 15038:2006 standard for translation services with the aim of optimizing the quality assurance process for our translations.

The standard process for a translation project can be summarized in 3 main phases: Preparation, Translation and Delivery.

In addition, for this process to start off as promptly as possible, we undertake to send you an estimate customized to your needs and requirements in less than 2 hours and, of course, without any commitment on your part.

In this phase, everything is prepared to ensure the correct execution of the translation process. The project manager receives a commission from the client, analyses it to determine its main features: languages, volume, speciality, deadlines, reference documentation (glossaries, terminological databases, etc.) and, together with the administration department, a personalized estimate is drawn up to and sent to the client for acceptance.

We select the most suitable translator for the subject matter and specialization (using always translators working into their mother tongue) and the translation of the documents gets under way using the terminological databases and glossaries mentioned above.

During the translation process, the project manager tracks its progress to ensure that the translator meets the requirements specified by the client, with permanent communication between both parties whenever necessary to resolve any issues that may arise.

Once the translator has finished, the project manager sends the translated files to the reviser, who is in charge of making any changes necessary to validate the translations and ensure their consistency and quality.

On many occasions, the client also requires a stylistic correction of their own texts. In such cases, a style reviewer reads the translation, with special attention to spelling, grammar, syntax and semantics, to ensure that the paper has the desired scope depending on the subject matter and the sector in question.

Clients may also request a professional layout service to improve the format or design of the final documents, or to adapt a document to a particular publishing format such as PDF, InDesign, Excel, etc.

After the whole translation has been revised, the project manager checks that everything is correct and that the output does not contain errors, prepares the delivery and makes sure that all of the requirements specified by the client have been complied with. Next, the final document is delivered to the client through whichever means has been requested (e mail, courier, collection from the office, client portal, etc.).

Finally, after the delivery and acknowledgement of receipt by the client, the project is kept on file for future reference, should the client so request.

For interpretation projects, we advise clients about the most suitable form of interpretation to meet the specific needs of the event and we apply a methodology very similar to that of translation, but accounting for the specific characteristics of this kind of service:

about the event or ceremony that our clients need to have interpreted: type of event (congress, speech, guided tour, negotiations, etc.), the languages needed, the dates on which the event is scheduled to take place, the venue, the number of people expected, duration of the meeting, subject to be discussed, etc.
in terms of quality and price, to ensure the best interpretation service. We can call on the most suitable professionals and the best technical resources to adapt perfectly to any requirement.
so that clients can clarify their doubts at any time, make changes, provide documentation and, in general, adapt our services to any specific need.
