Organization of Conferences

If you need to organize a conference or other event requiring interpretation, Albor will be at your side to advise you throughout the process.

We will evaluate which interpretation format (consecutive or simultaneous) is most suitable and, if you decide to go with simultaneous interpretation, whether to use pure booths or mixed booths.

We can call on interpreters with a perfect command of both the source and the target languages in practically all linguistic combinations. If you decide to opt for simultaneous interpretation, we will provide the necessary technical equipment (soundproofed booths and consoles for the interpreters, headset for the audience).

Our estimate will take into account all the requirements agreed in the two preceding points. Once the event is under way, we will take charge of co-ordinating the team of interpreters and provide liaison with the event organizers.

Our technical personnel will supervise the equipment to ensure optimal sound quality.

We can also supply ancillary personnel (hostesses, IT and audio-visual engineers) if required.
